1. How long will it take to receive my order?
December Holiday Production Schedule: Starting Dec. 2 until Dec. 24, all orders placed through the website will be produced and shipped within 2 business days (with the exception of Wallets, iPad Covers, and Hand Bags which can take up to 4 days). Our standard shipping method is US Postal Service Priority Mail. Delivery time varies between 1-2 days. To all other countries, we use DHL. Delivery time is generally 2 to 3 days. In the event that you require Overnight service within the United States, FedEx Overnight is available for an additional fee. To arrange for Overnight shipping, place your order through the website, and then send a separate email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for this service. Because of the time sensitive nature of this delivery, we also recommend that you follow-up by telephone at 917-328-8917.
January – November Orders: Your ‘TRIPLE WRAP’ BRACELET, or MBNY Accessory is made to order. Production time is generally 3-7 days, but may vary depending on the time of year. Once you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation with anticipated ship date.
2. What is ‘Blond Gold’?
‘Blond Gold’ is our custom shade of Gold. It is a very light shade of Gold, and looks great on almost everyone’s skin tone. It also pairs beautifully with Silver, Rose and Pink Gold. Blond Gold is an especially appealing Gold shade for women who generally wear Silver jewelry, but are interested in a pop of color, or experimenting with Gold.
3. What are the pieces made of?
All of our accessories are plated metals, generally over brass. We are especially well known for our two custom shades of Gold:’Blond Gold’and Pink Gold. We do a very high quality plating, and additionally there is a protective coating applied to maintain the integrity of the color.
4. What if my piece brakes?
Craftsmanship and your satisfaction are our shared number one priorities. In the unlikely event that something happens to your piece during the first year, contact us and we will repair, or replace your piece.
5. Is there any charge for shipping?
No, there is no charge for standard shipping. This is a courtesy which we provide to our customers. We ship by US Postal Service Priority Mail with Tracking Information. Delivery time varies between 1-2 days. For international shipping (outside the USA), we ship with DHL. Delivery time is generally 2-3 days from shipment. Please also note that international orders are subject to import duties and taxes.

7. Sizing…what is the difference between S/M and M/L?
The women’s S/M ‘Triple Wrap’ is 21.25″ from the end of the buckle to the middle of 3 holes. Your ‘Triple Wrap’ is adjustable with each hole 1/2″ apart. Women’s size M/L is 22.5″ and will accommodates a woman whose wrist size is slightly larger.
The men’s S/M ‘Triple Wrap’ is 24″ from the end of the buckle to the middle of 3 holes. Your ‘Triple Wrap’ is adjustable with each hole 1/2″ apart. Men’s size M/L is 25.5″ and will accommodates a man whose wrist size is slightly larger.
If you are unsure, select what you think is appropriate. Your ‘Triple Wrap’ should fit comfortably. If it does not, contact us and we will exchange it for another size, or customize the size for your wrist!
8. What is the Cancellation Policy?
Your MBNY Accessory is made to order. In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your order, please advise us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will issue a full refund in your form of payment.
9. What is the Return Policy?
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, we will exchange your purchase, or give you a full refund, provided that your piece is returned to us within 28 days of receipt.
