Our normal return period is 28 days from when you receive the goods. Your returned items must be received by us within this timeframe.
If you have requested a refund, or replacement of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.
If you wish to return goods to us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may expect your return. Please describe your problem in detail so that we may explain to you all your options. Then, send your return via the US Postal Service, and please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office for all returns. This certificate is available for a nominal fee, and will be stamped by the Post Office clerk with the date the package entered the postal system, and should show the Marc Bernstein New York address to which you have returned the goods. You should keep this until you have received your refund, or replacement.
